Straightforward pricing, no surprises.
We’ll always tell you how we charge when you call. A call-out charge applies, and from there it depends on the job.
New boilers & bigger jobs
Surveyed and quoted before any work starts, free and with no obligation. You know the figure up front.
Repairs & breakdowns
Charged on an hourly rate, plus a call-out charge. We can usually diagnose the fault and, with a good range of spare parts on the van, often put it right within the first hour.
Small jobs
Charged on an hourly rate, plus a call-out charge. We tell you how we charge before we start, so nothing lands as a surprise.
